I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, from the beautifully-restored facilities to the friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch and the location was ideal, with easy transportation access and parking options. The hotel facilities were outstanding, particularly the rooftop terrace, where I was able to enjoy a lovely breakfast and take in the breathtaking city views. Speaking of breakfast, the freshly-made food was delicious and the staff always made sure I had everything I needed.
Not obvious to find.

Amazing location in the heart of the city, close to everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.
Smaller portions at breakfast would be good to minimize food waste. Documentation for crossing the country border was not provided, causing some inconvenience.

Our romantic escape was lovely, two complementary facts were delightful, and the key location was perfect. We enjoyed the intimate atmosphere and unique design of the property which complemented our stay. The staff were warm and helpful and the breakfast exceptional.
The mattress in the room was not our favorite, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and we missed having a restaurant or bar on the premises. we had a payment issue at checkout which caused some inconvenience.

We stayed in a lovely, restored old house in the heart of a bustling historic district. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious with many local specialties. Our room was tastefully decorated with traditional furnishings and had a spacious, well-appointed bathroom. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax after a busy day of exploring.
Although the staff was friendly, some of them smoked in the common areas, which wasn't ideal.

There were a couple of issues during my stay. there did not seem to be a system in place for lost room keys.

The central location in the charming Medina was perfect for exploring. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we didn't want to leave. Despite the traditional style, the atmosphere was calm and we enjoyed the sounds of the bustling streets. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
